摘要
高等工程教育作为构建工业强国人才的基础,支撑了我国工业化发展的快速进程.在全球科技革命新浪潮和加快产业转型与升级的大背景下,我国高等工程教育面临新的挑战和机遇.培养更多具有工程科技理论知识、工程实践能力和工程伦理素养的高等工程人才,以适应和满足产业转型与升级的需要,是当前高等工程教育发展的核心任务.确立可持续发展的工程教育理念、围绕产业转型与升级重构学科簇群、进一步完善工程科技知识创新机制,是高等工程教育改革必须关注的问题.
Higher engineering education,as the basis for building an industrial power,supports the rapid progress of industrialization in China.In the background of global science and technology revolution and speeding up industrial transformation and upgrading,China’s higher engineering education is facing new challenges and opportunities.It is the important task for developing higher engineering education to accelerate the higher engineering education reform,and cultivate more engineers who have theoretical knowledge,practical ability and ethics of science and technology to meet the needs of industry transformation and upgrading.Higher engineering education reform must focus on establishing the concept of sustainable development for the engineering education,refactoring discipline cluster oriented by the industry transformation and upgrading,and improving the innovation mechanism of engineering of science and technology.
