血清miR-92a、miR-196a表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察血清微小核糖核酸-92a(miR-92a)、微小核糖核酸-196a(miR-196a)表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法回顾性分析44例伴淋巴结转移的宫颈癌患者资料,纳入淋巴结转移组,另采集同期收治的44例无淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者资料,纳入无淋巴结转移组,所有患者均接受血清相关肿瘤标志物、miR-92a、miR-196a检测,分析血清miR-92a、miR-196a表达与宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移的关系。结果淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、miR-92a、miR-196a表达均高于无淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归结果显示,血清CA199、CA125、miR-92a、miR-196a的异常表达可能与宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移有关,血清CA199、CA125、miR-92a、miR-196a过表达可能与宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移的风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05);其中miR-92a、miR-196a的过表达带来的淋巴结转移风险因子OR值较高,可能作为独立因子;绘制ROC曲线结果显示,血清miR-92a、miR-196a单一及联合预测宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移风险的AUC均>0.80,预测价值均较理想,且以联合预测价值最佳。结论宫颈癌淋巴结转移可能与血清miR-92a、miR-196a异常表达有关,若在入院时检测患者血清miR-92a、miR-196a呈过表达,可能提示淋巴结转移高风险。 Objective To observe the relationship between the expression of serum microRNA-92a(miR-92a)and microRNA-196a(miR-196a)and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.Methods The data of 44 patients with cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis were retrospectively analyzed,included in the lymph node metastasis group,in addition,the data of 44 patients with cervical cancer and without lymph node metastasis at the same period were collected and included in the non lymph node metastasis group,all patients were tested for serum tumor markers,miR-92a and miR-196a,the relationship between serum miR-92a,miR-196a expression and lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),miR-92a and miR-196a in cervical cancer patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);the results of Logistic regression showed that the abnormal expression of serum CA199,CA125,miR-92a and miR-196a might be related to lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer patients,the overexpression of serum CA199,CA125,miR-92a and miR-196a might be risk factors of lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer(OR>1,P<0.05);of which the overexpression of miR-92a and miR-196a might lead to higher OR value of lymph node metastasis risk factors,which might be used as independent factors;ROC curve was drawn,the results showed that AUC of serum miR-92a and miR-196a in predicting the risk of lymph node metastasis of patients with cervical cancer were>0.80,the prediction value was ideal,and the joint prediction value was the best.Conclusion The abnormal expression of miR-92a and miR-196a may be related to lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer,if the serum miR-92a and miR-196a are showed as overexpression at admission,it may indicate a high risk of lymph node metastasis.
