奥希替尼联合TC方案治疗转移性非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Oxitinib Combined with TC in the Treatment of Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨奥希替尼联合TC方案治疗转移性非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性分析。方法选取转移性非小细胞肺癌患者76例,随机分为两组各38例。对照组给予TC方案,治疗组在对照组基础上给予甲磺酸奥希替尼,两组患者接受治疗2个月。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效、无进展生存期(PFS)及总生存期(OS)、生活质量改善率和不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗后,治疗组ORR和CBR高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组PFS和OS显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组白细胞减少、中性粒细胞减少、血红蛋白减少等不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论采用奥希替尼联合TC方案治疗转移性NSCLC具有较好的治疗效果,可提高患者生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oxitinib combined with TC in the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 76 patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,38 cases in each group.The control group was given TC regimen,and the treatment group was given oxitinib mesylate on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups received treatment for 2 months.Clinical efficacy,progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),quality of life improvement rate and the incidence of ADR were observed in the 2 groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the ORR and CBR of the treatment group were higher(P<0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).PFS and OS in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of leukopenia,neutropenia,hemoglobin and other adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxitinib combined with TC in the treatment of metastatic NSCLC has a good therapeutic effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
