摘要
目的探讨影响膀胱癌的发病危险因素及膀胱癌发生与PET-CT辐射的关系。方法第一部分:根据2013~2016年在泌尿外科住院患者,收集这些患者3年前的住院资料,通过多因素Logistic回归分析,确定可能影响膀胱癌发病的相关因素。第二部分:筛选2010-2016年住院的非恶性肿瘤患者临床资料,在去除第一部分研究所得出的部分危险因素的前提下,通过单因素χ^(2)检验,确定Pet-CT检查有无增加膀胱癌的患病风险。结果632例泌尿外科住院患者中,膀胱癌的患者共101例(16%),无膀胱癌者531例(84%),膀胱癌组与非膀胱癌组相比,在性别、年龄、吸烟、大量饮酒、家族史、高胆固醇方面的差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);899例非恶性肿瘤患者中,最终发生膀胱癌的患者共19例,其中Pet-CT组新发膀胱癌者4例(3.2%),无Pet-CT组发生膀胱癌转移15例(1.9%),Pet-CT检查的有无在膀胱癌的发病率上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论性别、年龄、吸烟、大量饮酒、家族史、高胆固醇可能是影响膀胱癌发病的独立危险因素;Pet-CT检查不会增加膀胱癌的患病风险。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of bladder cancer and to study the relationship between bladder cancer and PET-CT radiation.Methods Part I:Based on the data of hospitalized patients,the data of these patients were collected 3 years ago,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors that might affect the incidence of bladder cancer.Part II:screening the clinical data of non malignant tumor patients.On the premise of removing some risk factors obtained in the first part of the study,through single factor analysisχ^(2) test to determine whether Pet-CT screening increases the risk of bladder cancer.Results Among the 632 patients,101 patients(16%)had bladder cancer,and 531 patients(84%)had no bladder cancer.There was statistical significance in gender,age,smoking,heavy drinking,family history and high cholesterol in bladder cancer group compared with non bladder cancer group(P<0.05).Of the 899 patients with non malignant tumors,19 cases had bladder cancer.Among them,4 cases(3.2%)were newly diagnosed bladder cancer in group Pet-CT,15 cases(1.9%)were metastasis of bladder cancer without Pet-CT group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of bladder cancer between Pet-CT group(P>0.05).Conclusion Gender,age,smoking,heavy drinking,family history and high cholesterol may be independent risk factors for bladder cancer.Pet-CT examination does not increase the risk of bladder cancer.
