摘要
由于咽喉的部位较深在,解剖结构及生理功能复杂,检查时需要借助一些特殊的仪器。咽喉内镜的发展提高了咽喉部检查的准确性,极大推动了对咽喉部疾病的认知。咽喉内镜从最初的间接喉镜到直接喉镜、硬性咽喉内镜及软性咽喉内镜,已成为咽喉部疾病最重要的诊断工具。但目前咽喉内镜临床应用中存在操作不规范、观察不全面、诊断评估欠准确等问题。
