摘要
黄河作为我国西北和华北地区城市的重要水源,进一步对黄河高浊度原水的研究具有重要的意义。以北方某水厂改扩建工程设计为例,针对其高浊度原水特性,对取水工程的各个环节进行针对性的优化改造;同时提出"多级屏障、适度冗余、层次处理"的工艺设计原则,提高处理效率和安全性;采用高效工艺和叠合组合方式克服用地不足等不利因素。工程建设完成扩容目标的同时,取水泵房和水厂运行良好,出水水质达到标准要求。
Research on raw water from the Huanghe River which is an important water source of North and West-North region of China is significant.In this paper,a case of WTPs reconstruction and expansion project in North area is discussed.With regards to the characters of high-turbidity water source from the Huanghe River,several optimized design are applied and three principles—"multiple barriers、sufficient backup、stratified treatment"are proposed on water treatment to improve efficiency and ensure safety as well.Compact layouts are used to mitigate the shortage of land.The treated water quality of the WTP after reconstruction and expansion project meets Standard for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2006).
