外商直接投资对黄河流域经济带高质量发展研究——基于黄河流域地级市的实证分析

Research on the Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on the High-quality Development of the Economic Belt of the Yellow River Basin:Empirical Analysis Based on Prefecture Level Cities in the Yellow River Basin

经济高质量是黄河流域经济高质量发展的重要基础,更是在南北经济分化背景下推动我国经济高质量发展的重要支撑。为探究外商直接投资(FDI)对沿黄河流域经济带高质量发展的影响,本文基于2009-2018年黄河流经的59个地级市面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数模型测算黄河流域城市绿色全要素生产率,以此来衡量经济高质量发展状况。运用全样本和分样本面板回归探究外商直接投资对黄河全流域和对黄河上、中、下流经济高质量发展的影响。从全样本回归分析结果可知,外商直接投资能够促进沿黄河经济带整体经济的高质量发展,且政府在有效利用外资方面具有积极作用。黄河不同区域子样本的分析显示:外商直接投资对上游地级市的经济高质量发展并没有显著的促进作用,而对黄河中下游地区,该影响较为显著。基于此结果,本文根据不同地区情况探究其原因及影响传导机制,为黄河流域不同区域经济高质量发展提供参考,并为地方政府构建良好营商环境、合理引进外商直接投资、实现区域经济高质量发展提供参考和启示。

High-quality economy is not only an important basis for high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin,but also an important support to promote high-quality economic development in China under the background of North-South economic differentiation.In order to explore the impact of foreign direct investment(FDI)on the high-quality development of the economic belt along the Yellow River Basin,we would based on the panel data of 59 prefecture level cities flowing through the Yellow River from 2009 to 2018.And this paper uses the DEA Malmquist index model to calculate the green total factor productivity of cities in the Yellow River Basin,so as to measure the high-quality economic development.Using full sample and sub sample panel regression,this paper explores the impact of foreign direct investment on the whole Yellow River Basin and the high-quality economic development of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.From the full sample regression analysis results,it can be seen that foreign direct investment can promote the high-quality development of the overall economy along the Yellow River economic belt,and the government plays a positive role in the effective utilization of foreign capital.The analysis of sub samples in different regions of the Yellow River shows that foreign direct investment does not significantly promote the high-quality economic development of prefecture level cities in the upper reaches,but has a significant impact on the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.Based on this result,this paper explores its causes and impact transmission mechanism according to the situation of different regions,provides reference for the high-quality economic development of different regions in the Yellow River Basin,and provides reference and Enlightenment for local governments to build a good business environment,reasonably introduce foreign direct investment and realize the high-quality development of regional economy.
