N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺与十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚复配协同效应研究

摘要 为了完善非离子表面活性剂N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺(NADA)复配协同效应研究,将非离子表面活性剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_(9))与NADA复配。考察了NADA-AEO_(9)复配体系的水溶性,以及NADA与两种表面活性剂之间的协同效应。结果表明:NADA与AEO_(9)复配后两者之间产生正协同效应,可以有效地改善NADA在水中的溶解性,当AEO_(9)的摩尔分数xA>0.22时,NADA-AEO_(9)复配体系水溶液(其中NADA的浓度为1%)在25℃时呈澄清透明。NADA-AEO_(9)混合胶束可以明显地提高NADA-AEO_(9)降低表面张力的效率,当NADA的摩尔分数xN=0.1时,临界胶束浓度(cmc,以表面活性剂总浓度计)具有最小值(约为4.64×10^(-2) mmol/L)。 In order to complete the study of synergistic effect of the non-ionic surfactant N,N-dimethyl-9-decenamide(NADA),The non-ionic surfactant dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether(AEO_(9))are compounded with NADA.The water solubility of NADA-AEO_(9) binary systems and the synergistic effect between NADA and AEO_(9) were investigated.The results showed that positive synergistic effects were observed by blending NADA and AEO_(9),leading to an obvious increasing in water solubility of NADA.At 25℃,the aqueous solutions of NADA-AEO_(9)(where the concentration of NADA was 1%)were transparent when the mole fraction of AEO_(9)(xA)>0.22.The efficiency of reducing surface tension was significantly improved by the formation of NADA-AEO_(9) hybrid micelles.The minimum critical micelle concentration(cmc,in terms of the total concentration of NADA-AEO_(9))were obtained at the mole fraction of NADA(xN)=0.1 as 4.64×10^(-2) mmol/L.The effectiveness of reducing surface tension of NADA-AEO_(9) was remarkably enhanced by the forming of NADA-AEO_(9) hybrid adsorption layer.The minimum surface tension at cmc(γcmc)of 30.04 mN/m was achieved at xN=0.1.
