乡村振兴战略视野下水果冷链物流发展研究

Research on the Development of Fruit Cold Chain Logistics under the Vision of Rural Revitalization Strategy

十九届五中全会提出完善乡村物流基础设施,建设智慧农业,为大力推进水果冷链物流提供了新思路、新路径。探讨我国水果冷链物流发展的必要性,可以有效突破水果冷链物流发展的瓶颈和短板。研究发现,我国水果冷链物流配送体系缺乏独立性、基础设施存在短板、技术发展滞后、专业人才匮乏。最后,基于我国水果冷链物流发展所暴露出的问题,提出相应的对策建议,以期更好地为推动我国水果冷链物流持续健康发展提供决策参考。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to improve rural logistics infrastructure and build smart agriculture,which provides new ideas and new path for vigorously promoting fruit cold chain logistics.Exploring the necessity of the development of fruit cold chain logistics in China can effectively break through the bottleneck and shortcomings of the development of fruit cold chain logistics.The study found that China’s fruit cold chain logistics and distribution system lacks independence,shortcomings in infrastructure,lagging technical development and lack of professional talents.Finally,based on the problems exposed by the development of China’s fruit cold chain logistics in China,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to better provide decision-making reference for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of China’s fruit cold chain logistics.
