摘要
目的观察补肾健脑针法联合运动疗法对痉挛型脑瘫患者精细运动功能及血清神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法将106例痉挛型脑瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为针刺组和运动组,每组53例。运动组采用运动疗法治疗,针刺组采用补肾健脑针法联合运动疗法治疗。观察两组治疗前后精细运动功能及血清神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平变化,并比较脑瘫严重程度。结果治疗1个月后及治疗后,两组精细运动功能(FMFM)评分、粗大运动功能(GMFM)评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),针刺组高于运动组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清NGF、BDNF水平均升高(P<0.05),针刺组高于运动组(P<0.05);针刺组脑瘫严重程度分布优于运动组(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脑针法联合运动疗法可减轻痉挛型脑瘫患者病情严重程度,提高精细运动与粗大运动功能,其机制可能与升高血清NGF、BDNF水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of kidney-tonifying and brain-strengthening acupuncture plus exercise therapy on fine motor function and serum nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels in patients with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods One hundred and six patients with spastic cerebral palsy were allocated,using a random number table,to acupuncture and exercise groups,with 53 cases in each group.The exercise group received exercise therapy and the acupuncture group,kidney-tonifying and brain-strengthening acupuncture plus exercise therapy.Fine motor function and serum nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels were observed in the two groups before and after intervention.The severities of cerebral palsy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the fine motor function measure(FMFM)score and the gross motor function measure(GMFM)score increased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were higher in the acupuncture group than in the exercise group(P<0.05).After intervention,serum NGF and BDNF levels increased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were higher in the acupuncture group than in the exercise group(P<0.05).The distribution of cerebral palsy severity was better in the acupuncture group than in the exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kidney-tonifying and brain-strengthening acupuncture plus exercise therapy can reduce the severity of illness and improve fine and gross motor functions in patients with spastic cerebral palsy.Its mechanism may be related to increasing serum NGF and BDNF levels.
