摘要
本文旨在研究日粮添加甘草茎叶对育肥期阿勒泰羊血液生理生化指标的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选取体重(40±2.5)kg、6月龄的公羔60只,分为6组(每组10只羊),分别添加0~60%的甘草茎叶。结果表明:血清甲状腺素浓度60%添加组分别比30%添加组、10%添加组、20%添加组和对照组低26.7%、25.2%、24.1%、23.49%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。球蛋白浓度30%添加组比对照组高11.99%(P<0.01);20%添加组比对照组高8.4%(P<0.05)。白蛋白与球蛋白比值30%添加组比对照组低12.82%(P<0.01)。血尿氮浓度60%添加组分别比对照组、20%添加组、10%添加组、30%添加组和15%添加组低103.34%、89.69%、88.3%、84.68%和83.57%,差异极显著(P<0.01);对照组分别比30%添加组和15%添加组高10.11%和10.77%,差异显著(P<0.05)。胆固醇浓度对照组分别比15%添加组和20%添加组高12.78%和14.5%,差异显著(P<0.05)。甘油三酯浓度对照组分别比60%添加组、20%添加组和30%添加组高29.17%、40.91%和47.62%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。高密度脂蛋白浓度对照组比20%添加组高15.49%(P<0.01);30%添加组分别比15%添加组和20%添加组高9.59%和12.68%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验结果说明日粮干物质中添加20%或30%的甘草茎叶有助于提高免疫力,降低血清脂肪代谢;添加30%的甘草茎叶有利于促进血清能量代谢。
【Obiective】The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Glycyrrihizic Stems and Leafs on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Altay sheep.【Methods】Test subjects Altay sheep 60 with the age of 6 months and body weight of(40±2.5)kg,adopting single factor completely randomly block design of experiment,randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 sheep each group,the Levels of Glycyrrihizic Stems and Leafs were 0%to 60%.【Results】The results showed that the thyroxine concentration in serum in 60%group were significantly lower than that in 30%group,10%group,20%group and control group decreased by 26.7%,25.2%,24.1%and 23.49%,respectively(P<0.05).The globulin concentration in serum of 30%group were significantly higher than the control group 11.99%(P<0.01),which in 20%group were significantly higher than the control group 8.4%(P<0.05).The ratio of albumin to globulin in serum in 30%group were significantly lower than the control group 12.82%(P<0.01).The blood urea nitrogen concentration in serum of 60%group were significantly lowed than the control group,20%group,10%group,30%group and 15%group 103.34%,89.69%,88.3%,84.68%and 83.57%(P<0.01),which the control group were significantly higher than the 30%group and 15%group 10.11%and 10.77%,respectively(P<0.05).The cholesterol concentration in serum of control group were significantly higher than the 15%group and 20%group 12.78%and 14.5%,respectively(P<0.05).The triglyceride concentration in serum of control group were significantly higher than the 60%group,20%group and 30%group 29.17%,40.91%and 47.62%,respectively(P<0.01).The high-density lipoprotein concentration in serum of control group were significantly higher the 20%group 15.49%(P<0.01),which the 30%group were significantly higher than the 15%group and 20%group 9.59%and 12.68%,respectively(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The results suggested that adding 20%or 30%of Glycyrrihizic Stems and Leafs to dry matter ration can help to improve immune activity and decrease lipometabolism.30%of Glycyrrihizic Stems and Leafs to dry matter ration can help to improve the metabolism of energy.
