地方农科高校文化产业管理专业人才培养的思考——以仲恺农业工程学院为例

Reflections on the Cultivation of Talents for Cultural Industry Management in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering

根据文化产业的发展前景和农科高校的办学定位,对农科高校文化产业管理专业人才培养问题进行思考探索。基于差异化发展和特色发展的理念,通过实践探索和理论思考,提出农科高校开设的文化产业管理专业要形成自身的特色,并提出“三立足”“三保障”的思考,即需要立足国家和地方文化产业快速发展的需求、立足农科高校的学科特点和优势、立足已有的办学基础和资源;需要在课程设置、实践平台、师资队伍方面提供保障。

In view of the development prospect of cultural industry and the school-running orientation of agricultural colleges and universities,the cultivation of professional talents in cultural industry management in agricultural colleges and universities is discussed and explored in this paper.Based on the concepts of differential and characteristic development,it is suggested to set up the cultural industry management program in agricultural colleges and universities with characteristics through practical exploration and theoretical thinking.In addition,the concepts of"Three Bases and Three Guarantees"are put forward in this paper.The“Three Bases”refer to being based on the needs for the rapid development of national and local cultural industries,the characteristics and advantages of subjects in agricultural colleges and universities,as well as the existing education foundation and resources.The“Three Guarantees”refer to the guarantees provided in terms of curriculum setting,practice platform and teaching staff.
