新型冠状病毒患者转运的文献评价及汇总

Evaluation and Summary of the Latest Literature on the Transfer of Novel Coronavirus Patients

目的:检索并获取新型冠状病毒感染确诊或疑似患者转运的相关证据,为临床提供借鉴。方法:全面检索BMJ Best Practice,Up To Date,JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库,世界卫生组织,美国国家疾病控制与预防中心,中国疾病控制与预防中心,国家卫生健康委员会办公厅和国家中医药管理局办公室,PubMed,Cochrane Library,中国知网,万方数据,中国生物医学文献数据库及中华医学会网站,提取新型冠状病毒感染患者转运相关的证据,采用美国约翰霍普金斯大学非研究型证据评价工具对证据进行评价。结果:最终纳入17篇文献,围绕转运前的调度安排、会诊、具体流程、车辆、路线、评估、培训,转运中的应急措施、相关注意事项,转运后的消毒记录及心理进行文献汇总,形成了11个项目26条新型冠状病毒感染患者转运相关的汇总性建议。结论:本研究汇总了目前新型冠状病毒感染患者转运的建议,为临床转运新型冠状病毒感染患者提供循证依据,以科学的方法来指导临床工作,提高患者转运的安全性和转运效率。

Objective:To retrieve and obtain relevant evidence for the transfer of confirmed or suspected patients with novel coronavirus infection to provide clinical reference.Methods:Evidence-based Health Care Center Database,World Health Organization,National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,General Office of the National Health Commission and Office of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,PubMed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wan Fang data,Chinese biomedical literature database,Chinese Medical Association website,BMJ Best Practice,Up To Date,JBI were fully searched,evidence related to the transfer of patients infected with the novel coronavirus has been extracted.The evidence was evaluated by non-research evidence evaluation tools of Johns Hopkins University.Results:A total of 17 papers were included.Documents were summarized around the scheduling arrangements,consultations,specific procedures,vehicles,routes,assessments,training,emergency measures during the transfer,relevant precautions,and disinfection records and psychology after the transfer.A summary of 26 recommendations related to the transport of patients with new coronavirus infections in 11 projects was formed.Conclusion:The study summarizes the current literature of novel coronavirus infection for the transport of patients with coronavirus infection,provides evidence-based evidence for patients or suspected patients with clinical transport virus infection,so as to conduct clinical work in a scientific way and improve the safety and efficiency of transport.
