同质化服务对血液透析患者护理满意度及质控缺陷发生情况的影响

Effect of Homogenization Service on Nursing Satisfaction and the Occurrence of Quality Control Defects of Hemodialysis Patients

目的:分析同质化服务对血液透析患者护理满意度及质控缺陷发生情况的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月—2019年12月间在天津市第三中心医院分院接受血液透析的98例急慢性肾衰竭患者的临床资料,将采用常规护理的49例患者纳入对照组,将采用同质化服务的49例患者纳入观察组。护理实施三个月,比较两组患者的护理满意度及质控缺陷发生率。结果:观察组质控缺陷总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.075,P<0.05;χ^(2)=4.346,P<0.05)。结论:同质化服务在血液透析治疗中的应用效果良好,可有效降低质控缺陷发生率,获得患者对护理工作的认可。

Objective:To analyze the effect of homogenization service on nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of quality control defects of hemodialysis patients.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with acute and chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.49 patients who received routine nursing care were included in the control group,and 49 patients who used the homogenization service were included in the observation group.After three months of nursing,the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of quality control defects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of quality control defects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(Z=4.075,P<0.05,χ^(2)=4.346,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of homogenization service in hemodialysis treatment is good,which can effectively reduce the incidence of quality control defects and obtain the recognition of patients for nursing work.
