综合性护理应用在小儿肺炎中对并发症发生率的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Application on the Incidence of Complications in Children with Pneumonia

目的:分析综合性护理应用于小儿肺炎中对并发症发生率的影响。方法:选择黄石市爱康医院2018年1月―2019年12月收治的2000例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各1000例,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用综合性护理干预,对比两组患儿气喘、哮鸣、咳嗽等症状消失时间、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果:研究组患儿气喘症状消失时间为(2.07±0.25)d、哮鸣症状消失时间为(4.62±1.06)d、咳嗽症状消失时间为(3.02±0.75)d,住院时间为(6.84±1.08)d,均显著短于对照组的(3.68±0.44)d、(6.89±1.23)d、(4.97±1.06)d、(10.22±1.56)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.426、8.718、9.553、8.367,P<0.05)。研究组患儿并发症发生率为2.00%显著低于对照组的12.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.258,P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎患儿采用综合性护理干预,不仅能快速缓解患儿的临床症状,还能降低其并发症发生率,从而能全面改善其预后。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the incidence of complications in children with pneumonia.Methods:2000 cases of pneumonia children in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 1000 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The disappearance time of wheezing,cough and other symptoms,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were analyzed.Results:The disappearance time of asthma symptoms in the study group was(2.07±0.25)days,the disappearance time of wheezing symptoms was(4.62±1.06)days,the disappearance time of cough symptoms was(3.02±0.75)d,and the length of hospital stay was(6.84±1.08)d,which were significantly shorter than(3.68±0.44)d,(6.89±1.23)d,(4.97±1.06)d,(10.22±1.56)d of the control group,with statically significant difference(t=8.426,8.718,9.553,8.367,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was2.00%,significantly lower than 12.70%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=9.258,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with pneumonia can not only quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of children,but also reduce the incidence of complications,so as to comprehensively improve the prognosis.
