This paper is a study of the analytical perspective of the ethnic policy from historical dimension,and the main lines of thought are clarified by tracing history.The study of ethnic policy is based on the historical perspective of the three perspectives of“grasping the direction,choosing the path and mastering the destiny”,exploring the historical perspective of the formulation,propagation and practice of ethnic policy,summarizing the historical features of the establishment of a broad ethnic united front,and profoundly elaborating the historical mission of carrying forward the spirit of the Long March and doing a good job of ethnic work in the new era,which is important for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
