摘要
随着卓越教师培养计划的推进,将小学语文教师的培养置于卓越教师培养的视域下,将提升教学能力作为卓越小学语文教师培养的重心,有重要的现实意义。本研究对小学语文教师教学能力现状进行调查,结果表明:小学语文教师的教学能力整体处于中上水平,符合合格教师的基本要求,但距离卓越教师的要求还有明显差距;并提出教师、学校、教育行政部门提升小学语文教师教学能力的路径。
With the promotion of the excellent teacher training plan,it is of great practical significance to put the training of primary school Chinese teachers in the perspective of excellent teacher training,and take the improvement of teaching ability as the focus of the training of excellent primary school Chinese teachers.This paper investigates the current situation of primary school Chinese teachers’teaching ability,and the results show that:the teaching ability of primary school Chinese teachers is in the upper middle level,which meets the basic requirements of qualified teachers,but there is still a significant gap from the requirements of excellent teachers,and put forward teachers,schools,education administrative departments to improve the teaching ability of primary school Chinese teachers path.
