盐城河网末梢地区饮用水水源地建设

Construction of drinking water sources for river network in peripheral areas of the Yancheng City

江苏省盐城市地处里下河流域锅底洼地区,水质型缺水和资源型缺水并存,市民饮用水安全无法得到根本保障。为进一步解决饮用水安全问题,盐城市先后组织开展了盐龙湖饮用水水源生态净化工程及跨流域水源地引水工程建设,从根本上解决了盐城市饮用水安全问题,为河网末梢地区水源地建设提供了经验。

Yancheng City of Jiangsu Province is located in the lowland of Lixia River Basin.Poor water quality and lacking of water sources are coexisted that exerts negative impact on drinking water security.In order to enhance drinking water safety,Yancheng City has successively initiated projects of ecological purification for drinking water source of Yanlong Lake and water diversion across river basins,so as to alleviate water shortage in the Yancheng City and accumulate experience for ensuring a stable water supply in lowland area.
