摘要
以现有冶炼烟气制酸系统为基础,对发烟硫酸洗涤吸收法生产试剂硫酸工艺进行了研究和应用。通过分析硫酸产品杂质的带入途径,在现场工艺流程和实际运行参数的基础上,从全流程的角度出发,对烟气过滤、烟气吸收、阻力降、过流部件杂质等可能影响硫酸产品品质和阻力降的环节进行参数分析,并提出了优化方案。优化后的发烟硫酸洗涤吸收工艺具有工艺流程短、生产成本低、生产操作灵活等优点,经工业化应用后,试剂硫酸品质达到了优级纯,生产规模可达240 t/d,对冶炼烟气生产试剂硫酸的技术发展具有重要意义。
Based on the existing acid making system from smelting flue gas,the process of producing reagent sulphuric acid by fuming sulphuric acid washing and absorption method is studied and applied.By analyzing the way of bringing in impurities of sulphuric acid products,based on the on-site process flow and actual operation parameters,from the perspective of the whole process,the parameters of links that may affect the quality of sulphuric acid products and the resistance drop,such as flue gas filtration,flue gas absorption,resistance drop and impurities of flow passage parts are analyzed,and the optimization scheme is put forward.The optimized nicotinic acid washing and absorption process has the advantages of short process flow,low production cost and flexible production operation.After industrial application,the quality of reagent sulphuric acid has reached excellent purity,and the production scale can reach 240 t/d.It is of great significance to the technical development of reagent sulphuric acid production from smelting flue gas.
