摘要
介绍了大冶有色金属有限责任公司铜冶炼烟气制酸装置尾气处理工序的改造及运行情况。采用“双氧水脱硫+臭氧脱硝”工艺,在原有双氧水脱硫的基础上,在脱硫塔内增设1层规整填料及配套的填料支撑提高脱硫效率,同时增加臭氧氧化脱硝处理流程,排放尾气中的SO_(2)、NO_(x)和硫酸雾浓度均低于黄石市要求的特别排放限值,实现了新环保形势下的尾气达标排放。
The transformation and operation of tail gas treatment process of copper smelting flue gas acid plant in Daye Nonferrous Metals Company are introduced.“hydrogen peroxide desulfurization+ozone denitration”process is adopted.On the basis of the original hydrogen peroxide desulfurization,a layer of regular packing and supporting packing support are added in the desulfurization tower to improve the desulfurization efficiency.At the same time,the ozone oxidation denitration treatment process is added,and the concentration of SO_(2),NO_(x) and sulphuric acid mist in the discharged tail gas are lower than the special emission limit required by Huangshi City,and the standard emission of tail gas under the new environmental protection situation has been realized.
