摘要
介绍了我国废硫酸主要来源及资源化利用现状,研究了真空浓缩、裂解再生、生产化工产品等资源化利用技术进展,探讨了未来我国废硫酸资源化利用的新趋势。2020年我国废硫酸产生量约40 Mt,主要来自钛白粉、酸洗净化、钢材及金属酸洗、染料、硝化、石油炼制等领域。将废硫酸资源化利用率提高到50%,相当于节约硫资源量6.5 Mt。
The main sources and resource utilization of waste sulphuric acid in China are introduced,the technological progress of resource utilization such as vacuum concentration,cracking regeneration and production of chemical products is studied,and the new trend of resource utilization of waste sulphuric acid in China in the future is discussed.In 2020,the output of waste sulphuric acid in China is about 40 Mt,mainly from titanium dioxide,pickling purification,steel and metal pickling,dyes,nitration,petroleum refining and other fields.The resource utilization rate of waste sulphuric acid will be increased to 50%,which is equivalent to saving 6.5 Mt of sulphur resources.
