摘要
介绍了烷基化废硫酸焚烧裂解制硫酸的工艺流程,对主要工序和影响因素进行了讨论与分析。运行实践表明,液化气是较为适宜的燃料气,废硫酸的浓度越高,处理废硫酸的成本越低,裂解炉出口炉气中的φ(O_(2))控制在3%较为适宜。针对运行过程中出现的裂解工序空气预热器腐蚀问题和净化工序炉气超温问题提出了解决措施。
The technological process of producing sulphuric acid by incineration and cracking of alkylated waste sulphuric acid is introduced,and the main processes and influencing factors are discussed and analyzed.The operation practice shows that liquefied gas is a more suitable fuel gas.The higher the concentration of waste sulphuric acid,the lower the cost of treating waste sulphuric acid andφ(O_(2))is more suitable to be controlled at 3%in the gas at the outlet of cracking furnace.In view of the corrosion problem of air preheater in cracking process and over temperature of furnace gas in purification process,the solutions are put forward.
