The process and operation of acid making system from desulfurization waste liquid and sulphur foam in Hebei Cixian Xinsheng Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced,the existing problems and solutions are summarized.The"3+1"twice conversions and twice absorptions process is used to make desulfurization waste liquid and sulphur foam into sulphuric acid products.The acid making system includes pretreatment,incineration,purification,conversion,dry absorption,and tail gas treatment processes.After being put into operation,the unit operates stably,the total conversion rate of SO_(2) is greater than 99.8%,andρ(SO_(2))of tail gas is less than 25 mg/m^(3),w(H_(2)SO_(4))of product acid is 98.4%.Acid making from desulfurization waste liquid and sulphur foam not only thoroughly solve the problem of coking by-products treatment,but also recover sulphur,which has good environmental protection and economic benefits.
