由于业务需要,中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司公文管理系统面临变革,总经理办公室、企业管理部、党群工作部等业务部门的关键用户期望利用更加智能、科学化的公文管理系统,获得更加便捷的体验、提升工作水平和效率。该文将对信息中心承接的中韩石化公文系统升级改造实施过程进行研究,得出该项目挖潜增效的经验,并探讨进一步优化的相关思考。

Due to business needs, the document management system of Sinopec-SK(Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited is facing changes. Key users of the general manager’s office, enterprise management department,party masses work department and other business departments expect to use a more intelligent and scientific document management system to get a more convenient experience and improve work level and efficiency. In this paper, it will study the implementation process of the upgrading and transformation of Sinopec-SK document system undertaken by the information center, draw the experience of tapping the potential and increasing efficiency of the project, and discuss the relevant thinking of further optimization.
