城市燃气应急救援力量建设探析

On The Construction of Urban Gas Emergency Rescue Force

该文从研究我国城市燃气救援力量的组成和基本特点入手,通过探讨我国城市燃气应急救援力量建设现状及存在的问题,包括应急救援力量建设滞后或与需求不符、应急救援队伍能力参差不齐、应急救援力量发挥不足等,对加强我国城市燃气应急救援力量建设提出四方面建议,即政府领导规划、行业规范建设、市场培育产业、企业优化管理,以形成城市燃气应急救援力量建设持续发展模式。

Starting with the study of the composition and basic characteristics of China’s urban gas rescue force,this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of China’s urban gas emergency rescue force construction,including the lagging or inconsistency between the construction of emergency rescue force and demand,the uneven ability of emergency rescue team,the insufficient exertion of emergency rescue force,etc,and so on.It puts forward four suggestions on strengthening the construction of urban gas emergency rescue force in China,that is,government leadership planning,industry standard construction,market cultivation industry and enterprise optimization management,so as to form a sustainable development model of urban gas emergency rescue force construction.
