公共图书馆,即向社会公众免费开放,并提供查询、借阅等相关服务,是开展社会教育的有效公共文化基础设施,同时也是社会主义公共文化服务中的重要组成部分。但就目前情况而言,公共图书馆发展正面临着来自知识产权方面的挑战。该文主要探究其知识产权风险现状分析、风险类型及规避知识产权风险策略,以期进一步促进我国公共图书馆的可持续发展。

Public library,which is open to the public free of charge and provides relevant services such as inquiry and borrowing,is an effective public cultural infrastructure for social education.At the same time,it is also an important part of socialist public cultural services.But as far as the current situation is concerned,the development of public libraries is facing challenges from intellectual property rights.This article mainly explores the analysis of the status quo of its intellectual property risks,the types of risks and the strategies for avoiding intellectual property risks,in order to further promote the long-term sustainable development of China’s public libraries.
