人工智能驱动科学研究视角下的日本战略提案研究

Research on Japanese Strategic Proposal from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence Driven Scientific Research

日本科学技术振兴机构下属的研究开发战略中心(CRDS)以科研周期中的"假说"为视角,提出3个研究开发课题,旨在建立"AI自动化科研周期"体系,从而抢占未来科研竞争制高点。我国有关人工智能驱动科研周期自动化发展的研究较少,该文具体分析了日本研究开发战略中心(CRDS)发布的战略提案报告《人工智能与科学——以AI·数据驱动科学促进发现和理解》,阐述了日本对AI自动化科研周期体系建立的一些战略方针,以期对我国未来科研周期的智能化发展提供参考。

Center for Research and Development Strategy of Japan’s Science and Technology Agency(CRDS) puts forward three research and development topics from the perspective of "hypothesis" in the scientific research cycle,in order to establish the "AI automated scientific research cycle" system, so as to seize the commanding height of scientific research competition in the future. There are few studies on the development of AI driven research cycle automation in China. This paper analyzes the strategic proposal report "AI and Science-promoting discovery and understanding with AI·data driven science" issued by CRDS, and expounds some strategic policies for the establishment of AI automated research cycle system in Japan, it is expected to provide reference for the intelligent development of China’s future scientific research cycle.
