摘要
教师远程培训自主学习需求逐渐成为趋势,然而传统的教师远程培训课程体系无法满足教师自主学习的发展需求。文章在梳理福建省中小学教师校长远程研修平台的传统课程库结构的基础上,辅以参训教师的调研问卷,分析现有课程资源体系存在课程种类不够丰富、课程模块维度单一、局限虚拟班级学习等不足之处,提出课程分层分类、模块多维度等实现基于超市体系的教师远程培训课程库结构改进方案,以解决教师远程培训自主学习的个性化需求。
Teachers’need for self-directed learning in distance training has gradually become a trend,but the traditional teacher distance training curriculum system cannot meet the development needs of teachers’self-directed learning.Based on the traditional curriculum structure of the remote training platform for primary and secondary school teachers and principals in Fujian Province,this article,supplemented by survey questionnaires from participating teachers,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing curriculum resource system such as insufficient curriculum types,single-dimensional curriculum modules,and limited virtual classes,and proposes a reform plan of a hierarchical classification of courses and multi-dimensional modules to realize the improvement of the structure of the teacher's distance training course bank based on the supermarket system,so as to solve the individual needs of teachers'independent learning in distance training.
