特大桥梁弹性体伸缩缝施工技术研究

Construction Technology of Elastomer Expansion Joint for Super Large Bridges

特大桥梁弹性体伸缩缝施工技术应用广泛。以郑州至万州铁路湖北段站前工程为例,探究了弹性体伸缩缝施工技术的基础处理、衬垫安装、底涂料施工、弹性体浇筑施工等应用要点,同时针对弹性体伸缩缝施工质量,提出闭水试验、静载试验等质量检验和控制措施。在伸缩缝施工中长期以来存在渗漏水质量缺陷,不能保证伸缩缝应有的作用,而弹性体伸缩缝施工技术可有效解决桥面渗漏水问题,不但外形美观,且利于桥面防水及确保使用寿命,效果显著,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。

The construction technology of elastomer expansion joint is widely used in super large bridges.Based on the station project in Hubei section of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway,the application points of elastomer expansion joint construction technology are explored,including foundation treatment,liner installment,bottom coating,static test and elastomer casting.In view of the construction quality of elastomer expansion joint,the quality inspection and control measures such as closed water test and static load test are put forward.However,in the construction of expansion joint,there has been quality defect like water leakage for a long time,which cannot ensure the due function of expansion joint.The construction technology of elastomer expansion joint can effectively solve water leakage of the bridge deck.It is not only beautiful in appearance,but also conducive to bridge deck waterproof and ensure service life,which can provide reference for similar projects.
