摘要
工程计量是成本控制的重要工作,EPC项目通过BIM技术实现了真正意义上的建设项目全生命周期管理。EPC项目在项目前期、招投标阶段、设计施工及竣工验收阶段存在不同的工程计量难点,而BIM技术则能够高效、合理地应用和管理数据,改善EPC项目传统计量存在的问题。在三明学院工科实训大楼的案例中,研究了BIM模型应用于EPC项目全过程工程计量的优势及不足,具体分析了该楼A楼一层进行的REVIT和GTJ建模以及二者之间的模型互用情况,可为后续EPC项目的BIM计量及成本管控提供参考。
Engineering measurement is an important task in cost control,and EPC project based on BIM technology helps to achieve a real sense of whole-process management for construction projects.Different engineering measurement difficulties exist in EPC projects in the pre-construction stage,bidding stage,design and construction as well as completion acceptance stage,while BIM technology can effectively and reasonably apply and manage data to improve the problems existing in traditional measurement of EPC projects.In the case study of Engineering Training Building in Sanming University,the advantages and disadvantages about the application of BIM model in whole-process engineering measurement of EPC project are analyzed,and REVIT and GTJ modeling on the first floor of the building as well as the model interaction between REVIT and GTJ are analyzed in detail,which can provide reference for BIM measurement and cost control of subsequent EPC projects.
