摘要
采用氢火焰离子检测器(FID)测定食品级聚苯乙烯中残余单体(苯乙烯和乙苯)的含量,二硫化碳为提纯溶剂,正十二烷为内标物,采用6点校正曲线校正,内标法[1]定量。试验结果表明曲线线性好、准确度和精密度高且分析速度快,满足食品接触材料聚苯乙烯原料和制品中苯乙烯、乙苯含量测定方法标准[2]要求和工艺控制要求。
The content of residual monomers(styrene and ethylbenzene)in food grade polystyrene was determined by FID.Carbon disulfide was used as purification solvent,n-dodecane was used as internal standard.It was corrected by 6-point correction curve,and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the curve had good linearity,the method had high accuracy and precision,fast analysis speed,which met the requirements of the determination method standard of styrene and ethylbenzene in polystyrene raw materials and products of food contact materials,and met the process control requirements.
