摘要
采用长庆油田输油站罐底油泥为研究对象,以二甲苯为溶剂,分离油泥中的有机和无机成分,采用红外光谱、热分析、核磁共振光谱、扫描电镜能谱等仪器分析方法,全面剖析了罐底油泥的有机组分分布及无机矿物组成。结果表明:油泥质量含水率6.5%,二甲苯可溶有机组分含量90.8%,无机矿物渣含量2.7%;有机组分主要为原油,族组成分布显示胶质、沥青质含量占比较高,约10.05%~14.01%;无机组分为多种碎屑岩混合物,包括石英、长石、石膏、硫酸钡、方解石、岩盐及铁质等;红外及核磁共振谱图显示油泥中还包括极少量的化学药剂,主要成分为短直链、含硝基或含氮类化学药剂。
Separated with xylene as solvent,the organic component distribution and inorganic mineral composition of tank bottom oil sludge are analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,thermal analysis,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and energy spectrum of scanning electron microscope.The results show that the water content of oil sludge is 6.5%,the content of xylene soluble organic component is 90.8%while inorganic mineral content is 2.7%.The main organic component is crude oil.The content of non-hydrocarbon and asphaltene is relatively high in group composition analysis and the content is 10.05%—14.01%.The inorganic component is a mixture of various clastic rocks,including quartz,feldspar,gypsum,barium sulfate,calcite,rock salt and iron,etc.Infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra show that the oil sludge also contains a very small amount of chemical agents,mainly short chain,nitro or nitrogenous chemical agents.
