苏北工区提高集输系统运行效率实践与效果分析

摘要 结合苏北工区近年来的生产特点和地面集输系统现状,实施了扩大集输管网、单管加热集输流程改造、天然气回收、提升脱水效率、优化混输泵类型、优化井场布局、深化信息化应用等8项提高集输系统运行效率的措施。实践表明,措施的实施提高了劳动效率,在工作量增加的情况下,人员减少31%;降低了生产成本,年节约生产成本约1200万元;降低了安全风险,管线堵塞、破坏泄露事件逐年降低。 Combined with the production characteristics of the Subei work area in recent years and the current situation of surface gathering and transportation system,eight measures were implemented to improve the operation efficiency of gathering and transportation system,including expanding long-distance pipeline network,implementing single pipe heating gathering and transportation process transformation,carrying out natural gas recovery,improving dehydration efficiency,optimizing mixed transportation pump type,optimizing well site layout and deepening informatization,etc.The practice shows that the implementation of the measures improves labor efficiency,reduces the number of staff by 31%with the increase of workload,reduces the production cost,saves about 12 million yuan in annual production costs,reduces safety risks,and reduces incidents of pipeline blockage,damage and leakage year by year.
