摘要 【目的】选择不同基质和不同浓度的生根剂进行处理,研究不同浓度梯度下生根剂及不同基质对植物生根特性的影响。【方法】以马银花为对象,采用200、400和1000 mg/L浓度梯度的IBA分别进行浸泡和速蘸,并使用河沙∶纯黄土=1∶2、河沙∶纯黄土∶泥炭土=2∶2∶1和纯黄土三种基质进行扦插生根。【结果】不同生长基质和生长调节剂浓度梯度对马银花扦插生根有显著差异。马银花扦插最佳组合为采用400 mg/L IBA浓度浸泡8 h和采用河沙∶纯黄土∶泥炭土(2∶2∶1)为扦插基质,其生根率为49.21%。平均不定根数量最高为9.3条,平均根长为4.67 cm,最长不定根为5.38 cm,生根指数为21.59 cm。【结论】本文研究结果为马银花扩繁技术提供了新的科学依据,对马银花保护和繁育都具有重要的指导意义。 【Objective】Different substrates and different concentrations of rooting agents were select⁃ed for treatment,and the effects of different concentrations of rooting agents and different substrates on plant rooting properties were studied.【Method】Taking Rhododendron ovatum as the object,IBA with concentration gradients of 200,400 and 1000 mg/L was used for soaking and quick dipping,and river sand:pure loess=1∶2,river sand∶pure loess∶peat soil=2∶2∶1 and pure loess three substrates for cut⁃ting rooting.【Result】The results showed that:The effect and influence of different growth substrates and growth regulator concentration gradient on the rooting of Rhododendron ovatuma were different。The best combination of Rhododendron ovatum for cuttings is immersed in 400 mg/L IBA concentration for 8 hours and river sand∶pure loess∶peat soil(2∶2∶1)as the cutting substrate,and its rooting rate is 49.21%.The highest average number of adventitious roots is 9.3,Average root length 4.67 cm,5.38 cm,maximum root The rooting index was 21.59 cm.【Conclusion】The results of this study provide a new scientific basis for the propagation technology of Rhododendron honeysuckle,and have important guiding significance for the propagation and popularization of Rhododendron honeysuckle.
