摘要
网络电费在电信运营商维护费用中占比较高,网络电费管理已是网络维护重要一项工作。为强化网络电费管理,提升网络稽核效率,本文充分利用原有的资源数据,建立资源系统和电费系统接口,构建电费使用模型,并通过K-Means算法,建立电费模型标杆,有效提升电费稽核管理的信息化水平。
Network electricity charges account for a high proportion of telecom operators’ maintenance costs,so the management of network electricity charges has become an important task in network maintenance.In order to strengthen the network electricity fee management and improve the network audit efficiency,this paper makes full use of the original resource data,establishes the interface between the resource system and the electricity fee system,constructs the electricity fee usage model,and establishes the electricity fee model benchmark through k-means algorithm to effectively improve the informatization level of electricity fee audit management.
