“1+X”证书制度下高职院校信息化图书馆资源建设研究

摘要 在深化职业教育改革背景下,国家提出职业教育改革实施方案,要建设50所左右高水平高职学校和150个左右高水平专业群,相似于本科院校的"双一流"建设。同时,方案提出要在职业院校开展"1+X"证书(即学历证书+职业技能等级证书)试点工作。职业院校图书馆应把握发展机遇,充分发挥职能作用,为新时期的职业教育提供资源支持,保证"1+X"证书通过率。通过网络调查,问卷调查及电话访问的方式,对湖南省第一批和第二批高职高专试点院校信息化图书馆资源建设现状进行调查研究和分析,为湖南省高职高专院校图书馆全面开展"1+X"证书的资源建设提出建议和思路。 Under the background of deepening the reform of vocational education,the state puts forward the implementation plan of vocational education reform,which is to build about 50 high-level higher vocational schools and about 150 high-level professional groups,which is similar to the "Double First-class" construction of undergraduate colleges.At the same time,the plan proposes to carry out the pilot work of "1+X" certificate(Ie Academic Certificate+Vocational Skill Level Certificate) in vocational colleges.Vocational college libraries should grasp the development opportunity,give full play to their functional role,provide resource support for vocational education in the new period and ensure "1+X" certificate passing rate.Through network survey,questionnaire survey and telephone interview,this paper investigates,studies and analyzes the current situation of information library resource construction in the first and second batch of pilot colleges of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province,and puts forward suggestions and ideas for the comprehensive development of "1+X" certificate resource construction in the library of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province.
