ATP无创联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的临床效果分析 被引量:1

Clinical effect analysis of ATP noninvasive therapy combined with Recombinant Interferon α-2b plug in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection

摘要 目的分析ATP无创联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的疗效及对患者阴道微生态环境的调节作用。方法选取120例宫颈HR-HPV患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(66例)与治疗组(54例)。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合ATP无创治疗。比较两组治疗效果及阴道微生态检测恢复情况。结果治疗组总有效率(92.6%)明显高于对照组(69.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组乳酸杆菌明显多于对照组,白细胞酯酶(LE)阳性率、H_(2)O_(2)阳性率、pH值异常率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论ATP无创联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染,可改善阴道微生态环境,提高HR-HPV转阴率,优于单纯使用重组人干扰素α-2b栓。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ATP non-invasive therapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b supposal in the treatment of high-risk cervical human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection and the regulatory effect on vaginal microecological environment of patients.Methods 120 patients with cervical HR-HPV were selected and divided into control group(66 cases)and treatment group(54 cases)according to random number table.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppositories,and the treatment group was treated with NON-invasive ATP on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and the recovery of vaginal microecology were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.6%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significantly more lactobacillus in the treatment group than the control group,and the positive rate of leucocyte esterase(LE),H_(2)O_(2) and abnormal pH value in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion ATP non-invasive therapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository can improve the vaginal microecological environment and increase the negative rate of HR-HPV infection,which is superior to the recombmant human interferon α-2b suppository alone.
