阿司匹林联合克罗米芬治疗不孕症的疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of aspirin Combined with clomiphene in the Treatment of Infertility

目的研究分析阿司匹林联合克罗米芬治疗不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取402例不孕症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各201例。对照组予以克罗米芬治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、血流阻力指数(RI)及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为97.51%,明显高于对照组的92.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组E_(2)、FSH、LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组E?、FSH及LH水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、PI及RI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,PI及RI指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.49%,对照组为1.99%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合克罗米芬治疗不孕症疗效确切,可调节患者性激素水平,改善其子宫内膜厚度及血流状态,且安全性较高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clomiphene in the treatment of infertility.Methods 402 infertile patients were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,201 cases in each group.Finn treatment of control group to g club,the team in the control group on the basis of combination of aspirin treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,treatment before and after estradiol(E_(2)),folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),endometrial thickness,uterine artery pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)of blood flow and adverse reactions occur.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.51%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.04%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in E_(2),FSH and LH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,E_(2),FSH and LH levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness,PI and RI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the study group was significantly thicker than that in the control group,and PI and RI indexes were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.49%in the study group and 1.99%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clomiphene is effective in the treatment of infertility,which can regulate the level of sex hormones,improve the endometrial thickness and blood flow status of patients.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
