甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效观察

Efficacy of Metronidazole Vaginal Gel in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis

目的探讨甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床疗效。方法选取86例BV患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组使用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,研究组使用甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗。比较两组临床疗效、停药后Nugent评分及治疗前后阴道pH值变化、症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组停药1、4周Nugent评分明显低于对照组,治疗后阴道pH值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组外阴瘙痒、阴道灼痛、白带异常症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。研究组复发率为2.33%,对照组无一例复发,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗BV疗效显著,具有良好的杀菌消炎作用,加快症状缓解速度,改善阴道内环境,降低阴道pH值,安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metronidazole vaginal gel on bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods 86 patients with BV were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with compound seabuckthorn seed oil supposition,and the study group was treated with metronidazole vaginal gel.Clinical efficacy,Nugent score after drug withdrawal,changes in vaginal pH value before and after treatment,time of symptom relief occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The Nugent score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group 1 and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,and the vaginal pH value after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The relief time of vulvar pruritus,vaginal burning pain and abnormal leucorrhea in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.The recurrence rate in the study group was 2.33%,and there was no recurrence in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole vaginal gel has significant efficacy in the treatment of BV It has good bactericidal and antimflammatory effects,quickens the speed of symptom relief,improves the vaginal environment,reduces the vaginal pH value,and has high safety and positive clinical significance.
