温肾健脾汤联合雷火灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致月经过少的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative effect of Wenshenjianpi Decoction combined with thunder fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of ovarian reserve function caused by Decreased month

目的探讨温肾健脾汤联合雷火灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致月经过少的临床疗效。方法选取60例卵巢储备功能下降所致月经过少患者,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取温肾健脾汤联合雷火灸治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、月经量评分、临床疗效及性激素水平。结果治疗前,两组中医证候评分、月经量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分明显低于治疗前,月经量评分高于治疗前,且研究组患者优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、FSH/促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组E_(2)水平显著高于对照组,FSH、FSH/LH显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肾健脾汤联合雷火灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致月经过少患者疗效确切,利于月经恢复正常,调节性激素水平,可改善卵巢功能,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenshenjianpi Decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline caused by less months.Methods 60 patients with decreased ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Wenshenjianpi Decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score,clinical efficacy and sex hormone level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome score and menstrual volume score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the menstrual volume score was higher than before treatment,and the patients in the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),FSH/luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,E_(2) level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while FSH and FSH/LH were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenshenjianpi decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion has a definite effect on the treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function caused by less months.It is beneficial to restore normal menstruation,regulate the level of sex hormones,and improve ovarian function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
