摘要
目的掌握2020年上海市松江区8~10岁儿童与孕妇的盐碘和尿碘水平,为科学补碘提供依据。方法按照《2020年上海市人群碘营养状况监测方案》要求,对上海市松江区进行东、西、南、北、中5个片区划分,每个片区包含3个街道(镇)。对5个街道(镇)的200名8~10岁儿童和15个街道(镇)的150名孕妇进行盐碘、尿碘和甲状腺肿大率的检测。结果检测8~10岁儿童家庭食用盐200份,碘盐覆盖率为81.5%,合格碘盐食用率为72.5%,未加碘食盐食用率为18.5%;检测孕妇家庭中食用盐样150份,碘盐覆盖率为80.7%,合格碘盐食用率为72.0%,未加碘食盐食用率为19.3%。检测8~10岁儿童尿样200份,尿碘中位数为261.5μg/L,尿碘含量<50μg/L的占1.50%,<100μg/L的占6.50%,达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准;检测孕妇尿样150份,尿碘中位数为176.6μg/L。8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为0。结论儿童和孕妇的碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率都处于偏低水平,均未达到碘缺乏病消除标准。8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数超过适宜量,但孕妇尿碘水平达到适宜水平,应继续加强健康教育,合理科学食用碘盐。
Objective To understand the levels of salt iodine and urine iodline of 8-10 years old children and pregnant women in Songjiang District of Shanghai in 2020,so as to provide the basis for scientific iodine supplement.Methods According to the requirements of"Monitoring Program of lodine Nutrition Status of Shanghai Population in 2020",Songijiang District of Shanghai was divided into five districts,each district contained 3 streets.The rates of salt iodine,urinary iodine and goiter were measured in 200children aged 8 to 10 in 15 streets(towns)and 150 pregnant women in 15 streets(towns).Results A total of 200 edible saltsamples from 8 to l0 yeas children's familes were detected,the jodized salt coverage rate was 81.5%,qualfied iodized salt con-sumption rate was 72.5%,and non-iodized salt consumption rate was 18.5%;150 edible salt samples from pregnant women's failies were tested,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 80.7%,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 72.0%,andthe consumption rate of non-iodized salt was 19.3%.Delecled 200 urine samples from children aged 8 to 10 years,the median of urinary iodine was 261.5μg/L,1.50%of the urine samples were less than 50μg/L,6.50%of the urine samples were less than 100μg/L,which reached the national standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD);150 urine samples were tested in pregnant women,the median of urinary iodine was 176.6 ug/L.The incidence of goiter in children aged 8 to 10.years was 0.Conclusion The coverage rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in children and pregnant womenare at a low level,which has not reached the elimination standard of IDD.The median urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 yearsis above the requirement,but that of pregnant women has reached the adequate level,so health education should be continued tostrengthen,and iodized salt should be consumed rationally and scientifically.
