摘要
采用X射线光谱法和紫外光谱法分别测量了柔性有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)载板玻璃中的铁含量和308 nm紫外透过率,分析铁含量对308 nm紫外透过率的影响。研究结果表明,柔性OLED载板玻璃中铁含量对308 nm紫外透过率有直接影响,二者呈负相关关系,铁含量对308 nm紫外透过率的影响程度与载板玻璃成分相关。
X-ray spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy were used to detect the iron content in flexible OLED plate glass and the transmittance at 308nm,respectively.The influence of iron content in flexible OLED plate glass on the transmittance at 308 nm was analyzed.The results show that the iron content in the plate glass has a direct effect on the transmittance of ultraviolet at 308 nm,and a negative correlation is found between them.The effect of iron content on the transmittance of ultraviolet at 308 nm changes with the different compositions of the plate glass.
