For major quality risk items that may occur during equipment procurement,special risk control procedures need to be prepared.This paper mainly introduces the procurement and supply process of SRTF equipment of a nuclear power plant,and analyzes the mode of equipment procurement management in the general contracting of complete equipment supply of SRTF project of nuclear power plant.Equipment procurement is an important link in the construction of SRTF of nuclear power plant,which is related to the quality,progress and cost of the project.The discussion provides a certain reference value for the equipment procurement management of SRTF projects of different nuclear power projects.
