防人因失误工具在核电运行中的运用初探

摘要 最近几年,经济增长幅度明显,我国的核电技术在该浪潮影响下提升快速,在科技的引领下,核电技术成果喜人,为生活提高了便捷度。但就现状来看,核电厂的管理中短板依旧存在,人因失误导致事故屡禁不止,严重影响核电厂运行质量。基于此,该文将围绕防人因失误工具,探讨人因失误管理的科学、可行途径,以供核电厂运行管理参考。 In recent years,the economic growth rate has been obvious.China’s nuclear power technology has improved rapidly under the influence of this wave.Under the guidance of science and technology,nuclear power technology has achieved impressive results,making life more convenient.However,in terms of the current situation,there are still shortcomings in the management of nuclear power plants.Human errors lead to repeated accidents,which seriously affect the operation quality of nuclear power plants.Based on this,this paper will focus on the tools to prevent human error,and explore the scientific and feasible ways of human error management,so as to provide reference for the operation and management of nuclear power plant.
