探索高等院校学生干部培养新路径

Exploring New Path of Cultivating Student Cadres in Colleges and Universities

高等院校学生干部是密切联系学生和老师的重要纽带。培养优秀的学生干部队伍对于引导大学生成长成才具有重要意义。然而传统的纵向培养模式下,依然存在班委工作能力提升有限,低年级学生干部领导力培养不足、年级横向交流缺乏等问题。为优化学生干部培养方案,浙江金融职业学院会计学院2019级成立班委联席组织,通过实践初步设计一条在强化班级横向联合的同时培育选拔优秀学生干部的新路径,并在此过程中总结经验,反思不足。

Student cadres in higher vocational colleges are an important link between students and teachers.Cultivating excellent student cadre team is of great significance to guide college students to grow up and become talented.There are still some problems,such as the limited improvement of class committee’s working ability,the lack of leadership training of junior student cadres and the lack of grade horizontal communication.In order to optimize the training program for student cadres,the School of Accounting of Zhejiang Finance College set up a joint organization of class committee in 2019.Through practice,a new path was preliminarily designed to cultivate and select outstanding student cadres while strengthening the horizontal unity of classes,and the experience was summarized and the deficiencies were reflected in this process.
