Data,as the manifestation and carrier of information,has become an important productivity in the data age.Language is the main carrier of human information.In the context of digital economy,language data will become an important factor of productivity,and language will enter an important category of productivity.The development of artificial intelligence will make the constructions of new infrastructure such as information networks intelligent.As a part of artificial intelligence,language intelligence enables global economy and trade through innovative man-machine cooperation system.Based on the practice of language intelligence during the COVID-19 outbreak in Wenzhou,this paper discusses the role of language intelligence in promoting the digital economy in Wenzhou.
