基于高校新文科建设背景下法学网络课程教改研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Law Network Course under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction in Colleges and Universities

高校在新时期新文科建设背景下,课程越来越注重与学生创新意识和实践能力的培养,法学网络课程建设和教学目前不能够完全适应社会发展和学生学习的需求,因此需要在实践中不断改进和完善。该文介绍了高校新文科的内涵,分析了高校法学网络课程建设的意义,明确了当前高校法学网络课程教学的现状,并提出了基于高校新文科建设背景下法学网络课程教改的策略。

Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts in the new era,the curriculum in colleges and universities pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students’innovative consciousness and practical ability.At present,the construction and teaching of legal network courses cannot fully adapt to the needs of social development and students’learning,so it needs to be constantly improved and perfected in practice.This paper introduces the connotation of the new liberal arts in colleges and universities,analyzes the significance of the construction of the network course of law in colleges and universities,clarifies the current situation of the teaching of the network course of law in colleges and universities,and puts forward some strategies for the teaching reform of the network course of law under the background of the construction of the new liberal arts in colleges and universities.
