On the Application of Case Teaching Method in Improving the Relationship between College Students’Employability and Social Needs——Taking Pharmacy as an Example

该文从多方面引见了案例教学法的研讨进展和优势,通过对药学特定专业学科药事管理学科的具体案例进行分析,并分析案例教学法的应用步骤,探求在药学专业硕士教学中案例教学法的运用,并与传统教学进行对比。以期取长补短,获得适合药学专业硕士教学的方法,使学生能力得到提高,学生的素质得到增强,为国家培养出更高质量的应用型人才。

This article introduces the research progress and advantages of case teaching method from various aspects.Through the case analysis of pharmacy management discipline of a professional discipline specialty of pharmacy and analyzes the application steps of case teaching method,explores the application of case teaching method in the master’s teaching of pharmacy,and compares it with traditional teaching.In order to learn from each other and obtain the teaching method suitable for master’s degree of pharmacy,so that students’ability can be improved,the quality of students can be enhanced,and higher quality applied talents can be cultivated for the country.
