高等教育在我国是培养社会应用型人才的核心机构,社会不断发展与建设的背景下,我国绝大多数高校都在所擅长的领域积极创新并完善技术项目,其中的技术也是有所增加,而且有很多都已经成为国家研究的重点。对此,该文先阐述了目前我国高校专利转化发展现状和影响高校专利转化的主要因素,然后又对高校专利转化优化对策展开讨论,并提出了个人的见解。

Higher education is the core institution for cultivating social applied talents in China.Under the background of continuous social development and construction,most colleges and universities in China actively innovate and improve technical projects in the fields they are good at,and the technology has also increased.Many of them have become the focus of national research.In this regards,the present situation of patent transformation in colleges and universities in China and the main factors affecting patent transformation in colleges and universities are described in this paper,and then the optimization countermeasures of patent transformation in colleges and universities are discussed,and some personal opinions are put forward.
