人口老龄化背景下德州市社区居家养老模式

Community home care model under the background of population aging in Dezhou City

面对日益严重的人口老龄化趋势,社区居家养老模式受到越来越多的关注.以德州市德城区为研究区域,采用问卷调查法调查12个小区内60岁以上老年人对社区居家养老的需求程度.通过实地调研的方式了解德州市社区居家养老模式的发展现状,总结出德州市社区居家养老模式发展过程中存在普及率低、资金不足、服务人员素质低下、服务项目单一等问题,并在此基础上提出合理的改进建议,包括鼓励多元主体参与拓宽资金来源渠道,加大宣传力度提高老年人对社区居家养老的认识,提升养老服务人员素养.

Community home care model has been paid more and more attention in the face of the wave of population aging.Decheng District of Dezhou City was selected as the research region,and the demand of community home care of the elderly over 60 years old in 12 community districts was investigated by a questionnaire.Through field research,the development situation of the community home care model in Dezhou City was understood,and the problems were summarized as low penetration rate,insufficient funds,low quality of service staff,and simplex service items.Reasonable suggestions are given,including encouraging the participation of multiple subjects to broaden the sources of funds,increasing publicity to improve the understanding of the elderly on community home care,and improving the quality of pension service stuff.
